PROOF OF INCOME
These are the types of documents we can accept for potential
tenants as proof of income:

– Employer’s statement and bank statement for 6 months (income
and expenses).
The statement must be accompanied by:
o Employee’s name;
o period of employment (from… to present);
o position;
o salary (per month);
o the document is signed and certified by an accounting or
the management of the company;
o contact details of the management/accounting
to confirm the information.

– 6 months bank statement (income and expenses) and
employment/cooperation contract(s)
Employment or cooperation contracts must be attached:
o co-operation or employment contracts signed from
by the employer/beneficiary

No, we only accept payments by bank transfer

No, the rent does not include TV and internet. Internet and TV in the building is provided by companies such as TET and Baltcom. The tenant can connect these services by contacting one of these companies personally.

Yes, overground (60 Eur) and underground parking (80 Eur).
Closed storage rooms are available at an extra cost.

Yes, pets are allowed in the apartments, but you must comply with the rules of the apartment.

Yes, all apartments are furnished and equipped with appliances.
Standard equipment in all apartments:

o Large fitted wardrobes, double bed with mattress, sofa,
day and night curtains, lamps and a table with chairs.
o Fully equipped quality fitted kitchen
